Tig welding is use tungsten inert gas to protect arc welding.
Arc starting method of Tig welding.The Tig welding apply high voltage breakdown of arc.Use high-frequency voltage between electrode needle (tungsten needle) and workpiece,breakdown of argon gas and make it conductive.Then supply current continuously and ensure arc stability.
The general requirements of Tig welding.
First,the gas control requirements.Argon is inert gas which is easier to be breakdown.Filled with argon gas between the wordpiece and electrode needle,it is conductive to arc.After finish the welding,maintain the gas output,it prevent the workpiece oxidation and ensure good welding results.
Second,hand switch control of current.When press the start button,the current delay than the gas.When finish welding,the current must cut off first.
Third,high voltage generation and control requirements.Tig welding machine adopt high voltage produce arc,it need the high voltage disappear after producing arc.
