1. Installation requirements
Must be installed in well-ventilated, dry area, relative humidity < 90% and non-corrosive gas environment.
Outdoor installation should be have rain, snow and wind proof measures.
Chassis must be grounded.
Power capacity should be enough.
Power wiring, welding cables, switches, fuses specification and capacity must meet the instructions requirements, must remove all   affected devices and personal safety.
2. Usage requirements
The user must be familiar with the performance of welding machine, strict accordance with the welding machine instructions and safety   procedures operations.
Using under load continuance rate and adjustment range of welding machine allowed.
Polarity switch reversing, the current shift and change welding cables must be carried out under no load.
When the welding machine in operation, do not open the chassis and removal or replacement of welding parts, there are failures, should   cut off the power supply then excluded.
Welding machine can not short-circuit for a long time, especially rectifier arc welding power source.
Should be clean and repair regularly, cut off the power supply when finish welding.
